As Clinical Director, Dr Pickering plays a vital role within our management team, driving service development initiatives while leading a diverse team of clinicians to ensure that our psychological treatments, services, and therapies meet the highest clinical standards.
As an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and Royal Society of Medicine, Dr Pickering's clinical work and research is focused on developing the knowledge base for clinical practice alongside supporting people with complex needs. Additionally, she provides valuable clinical guidance to numerous charities and government departments.
