Dr. Parshall is a respected Consultant Psychiatrist with over 30 years of experience in adult and neuropsychiatry and more than two decades in senior leadership roles. Passionate about patient rights and service transformation, she has led innovations in psychiatric care, governance, and clinical excellence.

A graduate of St Mary’s Hospital Medical School, Dr. Parshall also holds a PhD in Systematics from the University of London. She has held leadership roles, including Chief Medical Officer at Clinical Partners, Medical and Clinical Director in two of the major central London trusts and Medical Director at St Andrew’s Healthcare, where she pioneered value-based mental healthcare models and neuro-palliative services.

Dr. Parshall is a Medical Member of the First-Tier Tribunal (Mental Health) and has contributed to national mental health policy, including supporting the care of Grenfell survivors. She has been instrumental in expanding digital psychiatry and shaping governance frameworks for psychiatric services.

A trusted expert in the complexities of mental health and mental health services,and a committed educator, she has collaborates with leading universities. She remains an influential advocate for patient-centered psychiatric care and continues to shape the future of mental health services in the UK.
