Barny has held the position of CEO since 2011, a testament to his dedication and outstanding leadership. With a diverse background in mental healthcare, Barny has navigated various challenging settings, from assisting people with drug and alcohol addictions in Bradford to working as Operations Director of a prominent private inpatient mental health unit.
Before completing his MBA in 1998, Barny proudly served as an officer in the British Army for three years. An example of his commitment to those in need of support, he undertook the Marathon des Sables ultramarathon in 2001 to raise funds for the Rehabilitation of Addicted Prisoners Trust.
Barny's remarkable journey and exceptional achievements speak volumes about his passion for improving mental health services and creating positive change in the lives of others.
