Connor has been an integral part of Clinical Partners since 2018, starting as an assistant psychologist and working in various roles before progressing to his current role. Now, as Head of NHS Operations, Connor leads a diverse team to deliver operational efficiencies and contract delivery.
This professional journey has given Connor a valuable perspective on the intricacies of the business, along with a deep understanding of the many challenges and nuances faced by NHS teams and services across the UK. He combines this with a solid academic foundation, holding a bachelor's honours degree in psychology and a master's degree in clinical and developmental neuropsychology.
Connor also holds a personal connection to mental health, having witnessed the effects of neurodevelopmental conditions on close family members. This experience fueled his desire to understand the "why" and "how" of mental health.
This wealth of personal, academic, and professional experience, complemented by his unwavering commitment to effecting positive change, helps Connor lead teams to deliver our NHS services to the highest standards, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients and partners.
