Since 2011, he has been the Commercial Director at Clinical Partners, the UK’s largest independent clinician partnership in mental health, driving growth and operational excellence.

Previously, Adrian held leadership roles in the automotive industry, including Group Sales Director at West Pennine Trucks and Managing Director at Brown Vehicle Rental, where he scaled the business significantly. With an MBA from NIMBAS, Bradford, he brings expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and strategic planning, making him a key force in business development and transformation.
