Dr Sarah Michaels
Dr Sarah Michaels is a skilled General Practitioner specialising in supporting neurodivergent individuals, specifically those with ADHD and those who are autistic.
Dr Michaels’ trained in psychiatry at Maudsley Hospital and has 10 years’ experience working as a doctor with the NHS, including working with the Mood and Personality Team at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, and spending three years as a GP.
As a GP, Dr Michaels has helped patients take their first steps towards identification of and formal assessment for autism and ADHD. She uses a warm and friendly person-centred approach, respecting the individual needs and preferences of all her patients, and is also a strong believer in neuro-affirmative approaches.
Coming from a neurodiverse family herself, Dr Michaels is passionate about working with neurodivergent people, helping them to find answers, and supporting them to live their best lives.
