Dr Eric Dale

Dr Eric Dale is an experienced consultant psychiatrist with a deep commitment to helping people navigate their mental health challenges with understanding and expert care. With over 14 years as a Consultant Psychiatrist and more than two decades in Community General Adult Psychiatry, he has worked extensively within the NHS, spending over ten years at Rotherham, Doncaster & South Humber NHS Foundation Trust.
A Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, he combines clinical expertise with a patient-centred approach to deliver personalised and effective care.
Dr Dale specialises in diagnosing and providing support for a range of conditions, including autism, anxiety, bipolar disorder, complex trauma, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic attacks, phobias, psychosis, self-harm, and stress. His expertise allows him to take a holistic, person-centred approach, ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to the individual.
