Leia Marie Trainor is a cognitive behaviour therapist with over 15 years experience supporting people with a wide range of issues, including anxiety disorders, eating disorders, behavioural issues, vulnerable families, low self-esteem, depression, and self-harm.

Leia is trained in the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R), enabling her to perform autism assessments using one of the most respected and reliable diagnostic tools for assessing autism in both adults and children.
