Paulina Wojewoda

Paulina Wojewoda is a High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 13 years of experience in healthcare, including in the NHS and in private services. She is experienced in delivering therapy to adults, adolescents, and children including CBT, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Family-based treatment for child/adolescent eating disorders, Motivational Interviewing, and Somatic/Yoga therapy.

With experience in a variety of backgrounds including as an adult nurse, a school nurse, a public health nurse, and a practising psychotherapist, she is passionate about holistic mind-body therapies. She is also a qualified Yoga Teacher and a Yoga Therapist trained by the world-renowned Minded Institute in London.

Her mission is to provide therapy that is inclusive, compassionate, non- judgmental, personalised and evidence-based; with a bit of therapeutic humour thrown in for good measure where appropriate. She considers herself an ally for diverse patients regardless of their culture, abilities, gender, or relationship style, and her clients have described her as warm, wise, patient, kind, and capable of turning therapy into a safe and freeing space.
