Vics Borneman

As People Operations Manager, Vics leads a team to create an exceptional work experience for all Clinical Partners employees, contributing and leading on projects to create a workplace where everyone thrives and feels able to do their best work.

A chartered fellow of the CIPD, Vics brings over 20 years of experience to her role, with a background that encompasses both generalist and strategic HR, including work in various regulated sectors such as academy trusts and children's services.

In her current role, Vics demonstrates a range of invaluable characteristics. She is outgoing, positive, enthusiastic, and a strong communicator. Her proactive approach, combined with her creative problem-solving skills, help Vics foster strong working relationships. She operates with transparency and commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.

Vics' interest in mental health stems from her lifelong passion for helping people, both within and beyond her professional responsibilities, having volenteered for organisations such as Crisis at Christmas, Victim Support, and Blind Veterans. She has also served as a governor for the Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust.

Among her most fulfilling experiences was working in children's services, witnessing the transformative power of quality education and pastoral care on excluded children and young people.
