Marie joined Clinical Partners in 2014, initially taking on the role of an assistant psychologist. Now, as the Director of NHS Operations, she plays a vital role in leading operational efficiencies that deliver high-quality services for our NHS partners.
Marie's academic credentials underscore her expertise. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Neuropsychology, and an Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling. After her studies, Marie worked in numerous support roles for several mental health organisations and charities, including the Samaritans.
This experience gave Marie first-hand insights into the various mental health challenges across the UK. Marie applies this understanding to her operational work, ensuring the business delivers services and solutions that deliver measurable outcomes to local NHS teams, as well as the people, families, and communities we work with.
